General Information

  • What's the difference between one-time and ongoing monthly services?

    Our one-time packages are designed to give your business a strong marketing foundation. You pay once, and we deliver everything included in that package (e.g., website, copy, social strategy).


    Our monthly plans provide ongoing support—such as regular updates, content creation, and coaching—to help you maintain momentum and grow consistently.


  • Do I need to purchase a one-time package before signing up for a monthly plan?

    Only if you're signing up for the Website Support Plan ($497/month). This plan requires a completed website build from us (or an approved existing site).


    The Social Growth Plan ($2,000/month) and the Everything Plan ($3,000/month) can be purchased without a prior one-time package. The Everything Plan even includes the website build.

  • Can I just get social media help if I already have a website?

    Yes! You can sign up for the Social Growth Plan without needing to buy a website package. It’s designed as a standalone service for businesses that want professional social strategy, content creation, and support.

  • Is there a long-term contract?

    Nope. All our monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Is hosting included?

    Yes. Hosting is included for the first 12 months at no additional charge. After the first year, there is an annual hosting fee of $500, billed at the 12-month mark and each year thereafter.

  • Will you update our website for us after it’s built?

    Only if you’re enrolled in our Website Support Plan ($497/month). This plan includes hosting, content updates, and up to 10 additional pages as your business grows.


    If you’re not enrolled in a monthly plan, we do not provide ongoing edits or support—but we do give you a training video showing how to make updates yourself using our platform, Duda.co.

  • Can I contact you for a small update or fix if I’m not on a monthly plan?

    We’ve shifted our business model to only support clients through our monthly service plans. This allows us to provide fast turnaround and focused attention for our active clients. If you’re not on a plan, we encourage you to use the training resources provided during your website delivery.


  • What if I mess something up trying to edit the site myself?

    If you’re not on a support plan, we can offer one-time support at a custom rate depending on the scope. But most clients find that Duda.co is easy to manage using our step-by-step training video.

  • What platform is the website built on? Can I access it?

    We build all client websites using Duda.co—a secure, flexible platform with built-in mobile responsiveness and easy-to-use editing tools. Yes, you will have access to your site and a client dashboard to manage content, track analytics, and make changes.

  • Do I get a training video on how to update my site?

    Yes! When we deliver your site, you’ll receive a custom video walkthrough showing you exactly how to log in, make edits, and navigate the platform.


  • What do I get in the Social Strategy Pack (one-time purchase)?

    You’ll receive 60 custom social media posts, carefully designed to match your brand. These include a mix of:


    Text-based content (quotes, facts, call-to-action)


    Graphic designs


    Video clips or motion graphics


    Photo-based posts (using client-provided or stock photos)


    Your full content bundle will be organized into a Google Drive folder, ready for you to post whenever and wherever you like.

  • Do you schedule the posts for me if I just buy the one-time package?

    No. With the one-time package, we deliver your content in a ready-to-use format, but we do not handle scheduling or posting. If you'd like hands-on management, we recommend enrolling in one of our ongoing monthly plans.

  • What’s included in the Social Growth Plan (monthly)?

    The Social Growth Plan is a done-for-you service that includes:


    Ongoing custom content creation every month


    Daily posting and scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn


    Access to your own Metricool Dashboard where you can:

  • Can I request changes to the posts before they go live?

    Yes. If you’re on a monthly plan, you’ll always have a chance to review content inside your dashboard before it’s published. We aim to stay ahead by working at least 30 days in advance.

  • How do I submit my branding or photos for the posts?

    Once you're onboarded, you'll receive a link to your Google Drive folder where you can upload brand assets, logos, and any images you’d like us to incorporate.

  • Can I post the one-time package content on any platform?

    Absolutely. The 60 posts we provide in the one-time package are formatted for use across major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
